About the specification of shipping and delivery date

If the stock is available, we will ship within 3 business days after payment is completed. If you are in a hurry to get delivered, please contact us directly by email or phone.

About defective products or return policies

Please make sure to check the item as soon as the package is delivered.

Even though we are making every effort to maintain our commitment to the highest quality standards in our products, please contact us within 4 days after the arrival of the product by e-mail in case of the following:

  • If the ordered product is missing.
  • If the product is remarkably dirty.
  • If the received item is different from the ordered one.
  • If the product is damaged
    (An accident investigation will be conducted under the presence of the delivery company.)

We will send the same or a substitute item, only for unopened or unused items.

We do not accept product returns or exchanges for customer’s convenience (eg: change of mind).
If any of the following applies, please note that we cannot accept return or exchange regardless of the reason.

  • If the specified period has been exceeded.
  • If the product is returned without prior notification.
  • If the product is returned without our permission.
  • If the package is opened and product used.
  • If there is evidence that the package has been opened and product used.
  • In the case of return by a delivery method other than EMS.

※Due to the nature of the product, we may not accept returns.
※Depending on the content of your request, we may not accept it.

The shipping will be arranged by EMS (Express Mail Service)
※Customs duty must be paid by the customer.

Insurance will be compensated until 20,000 yen
■Zone2 Oceania (North America, Centrak America, Middle East)
Up to 500g 2,000JPY
Insurance will be compensated until 20,000 yen
■Zone 2 Europe
Up to 500g 2,200JPY
Insurance will be compensated until 20,000 yen
■Zone 3 South America, Africa
Up to 500g 2,400JPY
Insurance will be compensated until 20,000 yen.
