For Guests Joining the Jewelry-Making Experience
You may be asked to wait for guidance or assistance if we are attending to customers visiting the shop for purposes other than the experience. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that we offer many combinations of natural stones, charms, and other materials, so choosing a design may take longer than the actual crafting time. If you are short on time or have plans afterward, please inform our staff.
Children, including preschoolers and elementary school students, are welcome to participate. They may create their accessories together with a parent, or simply choose the design and have our staff craft it for them. For guests who are short on time or prefer not to craft themselves, we also offer a design experience plan in which our staff will create the accessory based on your chosen design.
For Customers Considering a Bracelet as a Gift
If you would like to create a bracelet or anklet as a gift for someone who will not be visiting the shop with you, please make sure to confirm their wrist or ankle size before joining the experience.
If the size does not fit after production, we can arrange an exchange for a fee. *In most cases, exchanges are available for unused items with round-trip shipping costs covered by the customer. Additional charges may apply depending on the size adjustment required. Please contact us for more details.
